Tara Williams, Intellectual Property Infringement Attorney

When dealing with intellectual property firms, it's rare to speak to a patent attorney or copyright attorney at no initial cost, and to find an intellectual property attorney who will represent you on a contingency basis. Not here.

I continue to be amazed and warmed by the conversations I have with many independent inventors and small businesses from all around the world.  Since beginning my work as a patent attorney at the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin, I have received inquiries from fourteen countries and all fifty states in the United States.  Many inquiries are from patent owners and copyright owners seeking assistance with potential patent infringement or copyright infringement claims.  They have learned the costs involved in traditional patent litigation and are unable to go forward.

Our firm’s contingency fee model allows us to assist some people in pursuing their intellectual property infringement claims.  I remain committed to attempting to offer a solution for individual inventors and entrepreneurs whose intellectual property is being infringed, but who may not be able to pursue infringement because of financial reasons.

I look forward to seeing whether we can help you. Please call or contact us to find out more.
