The Eastern District of Texas Moves Another One

It actually shouldn’t be all that surprising, but the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas granted another Motion to Transfer Venue.  Thanks goes to the Docket Report for its posting of information.

According to the Court, both the Plaintiff and the Defendants are in the Northern District of California, as well as “most if not all of their witnesses…”  The Court adds it recently transferred another case between the same parties involving similar technology and patents to that same district.
